Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

All shipping is $6.00 USD for single-item orders. Free Standard Shipping applies automatically on all orders containing 2 or more items, as well as all subscription orders.

Delivery Estimates — United States

Standard shipping has a transit time of 3 to 9 business days and a total delivery time of 4 to 12 business days including handling. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 16 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees charged by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer. Aurivita is not responsible for these charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as standard orders. Your subscription will ship automatically on your chosen renewal date. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at support@aurivita.co. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbours. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will assist you. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we will offer a 100% refund or free reshipment.
